Based upon crime scene photographs and accident reconstruction, retired FBI Special Agent John Larsen submitted an affidavit to the court that asserts that Marni Yang did not and could not have fired the shots that resulted in the victim's death, to a reasonable degree of scientific certainty. Joined by a stellar team of forensic scientists, investigators, DNA experts and others, Mr. Stone is eager to present Ms. Yang's case to the post-conviction judge. A hearing is set for mid-December.
